“I find I prefer and actually enjoy this storage facility over several others I have been with over the years for quite a few reasons - the proximity to my place of residence really helps, how the facility is setup, the feel of the place (with trees over the entrance and some softer design elements from yester-year I find it feels not like part of an urban-sprawl problem, but instead more like a gem tucked into the neighborhood among the trees... right where it is needed most.) Also that it has amenities like the competitively priced gas bottle refills it offers among others, and yes - the competitive unit pricing... but MOSTLY because I have found the staff to be truly amazing. In my experience they calmly take time to pay realistic attention to each customer in turn, (yes; sometimes this means I have to wait patiently for my turn... and that it can take a little while) and I have experienced a few times where they have worked --not insignificantly -- to solve a quirk or problem that came up. Obviously; all of us have our limits and off-days, and also; some problems can't be solved or are beyond the scope of what is being offered here; so I make no promises on their behalf. However, I can say that what I have encountered feels something like a relationship that is truly worth looking after. I have experienced them bringing a welcome personal touch to an industry that is ever-more automated and becoming a self-serve consumer experience. I gladly take my storage-needs business to them first. And when we are a fit, I a find myself happier for it..”
