“Recently, I was going through the most stressful time in my life and needed storage immediately. While shopping around I came across Stow-A-Way mini storage in San Rafael. They're clean, and I know my things are secure. Their deals are great, and the staff that I met with was amazing. The manager, Eva, was so kind and compassionate. She not only cares about this place, she cares about you!.”
“No issues at all with keeping my items, safe and secure. I do not agree with the pro rating or lack of. I understand prorating at a daily rate but only two days in one month should be prorated. I should not have had to pay for a whole month. Especially considering my flight was delayed, and that was the only reason I couldn’t get the storage unit empty. I also emailed two weeks prior to that and never got an I also emailed two weeks prior to that and never got a response. Even if it’s prorated by the week, $130 for two days is kind of silly..”
